Mary has over 15 years of administrative experience, working as an assistant for various levels of management. Her career experience has included opportunities in the transportation industry, Accounts Receivable/Payable and Customer-Care Departments..
Mary's strong organizational skills and attention to detail are assets that assist her in consistently meeting deadlines and clients demands.
She is well versed in MS word to create/edit & proofread documents/reports and correspondence, use Excel to create spreadsheets and capture data, create presentations with Power point and Outlook for appt scheduling and time management.
